A photo report from Stavanger PLPM3

On March 19th, 2019 in Stavanger (Norway) took place the third Project Learning Process Meeting of e-MOPOLI project. The project partner attendees were welcomed with a brief and thorough introduction to e-mobility in Rogaland and Norway held by Solveig Ege Tengesdal, County Mayor in Rogaland.

 

The Interregional Learning Workshop (ILW3) started with the Head of Department of Transport of Rogaland County Council, Gottfried Heinzerling, with a first speech about the regional public transportation strategy, followed by Lasse Fridstrøm (Institute of Transport Economics, TØI) who contributed with an overview about past, present and future of electric vehicles in Norway.

   

Good practices in Rogaland were also presented in the morning with the participation of local stakeholders:


Geir Helge Hagen (Kolumbus, Public Transport Authority) shared their experience with zero emission buses.

 In the afternoon a round table was held to discuss topics as the Regional Public Transport Strategy, incentives for e-mobility, zero growth goal in traffic.

It was a fruitful and inspiring working day and thanks to the participants’ contributions, a milestone has been set for the successful outcome of the Program.
