The objective of measure 6.2: Support for SMEs in the area of digitization - Vouchers for digitization, implemented under the Smart Growth Operational Program for 2014-2020 (OP IR) is to provide financial support to SMEs for the implementation of activities aimed at increasing the use of digital technologies, including purchase or licensing of software, services necessary to implement a digital solution, and to a limited extent, fixed assets necessary to implement digitization and adjust the business model as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
For co-financing under Measure 6.2: Support for SMEs in the area of digitization - Digitization vouchers can be applied for by micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from all over Poland. Preference will be given to industries that were particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, i.e. projects related to the Applicant's activities in the industry particularly affected by the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and listed in the Act of March 2, 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID -19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended). The verification will be carried out on the basis of the provisions of the above-mentioned of the Act and on the basis of the Applicant's activity marked according to the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD) 2007, as of the date of the competition announcement.
The aim of the action is to foster the creation of conditions for the effective functioning of SMEs in the event of an epidemic of infectious diseases in humans, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic, and after its end. The implementation of the project must be justified from the point of view of the Applicant's activity and development, i.e. be related to the need to change processes, the way the enterprise operates in the conditions of an epidemic of infectious diseases in humans, in particular the COVID-19 pandemic, or to strengthen immunity in the event of further similar epidemic crisis.
Support is granted in the form of a lump sum, calculated by the entrepreneur on the basis of the estimated expenses to be incurred under the project. The project will be settled in the form of a lump sum, without the need to verify the documents confirming the financial progress of the project, i.e. only on the basis of documents confirming the implementation by the entrepreneur of the material progress of the project, including the achievement of the assumed project objective and its indicators.
