During the first RSG meeting in Bulgaria, the GRESS project and its scope were presented to the participants from Ministry of Economy (Directorates Economic policy and Operational Programme “Innovation and Competitiveness”), Sofia Tech Park and Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria.
The focus of discussion was the opportunities provided by the interregional transfer of knowledge and experiences under GRESS and the identification of synergies between the regional needs and the project objectives as well as definition of the areas of improvement in terms of the support for SMEs and start-ups in the green economy in the context of the new programming period.
