Objective:
• To have an overview of the project´s state of play
• Action Plans state of play and JS recommendations and issues for improvement.
• To identify additional phase 1 activities are needed in order to support the finalization of the action plans (three-month extension of phase 1)
• To propose new activities for 2nd Phase
• Propose Study Visits for 2nd Phase
• To establish the work schedule to meet the deadlines regarding to:
• The presentation of the Actions Plans to the joint authority
• The list of additional activities requested for phase 2
• The list of delayed payments and the list of delayed activities from phase 1
• Any potential pilot actions
