On January 18th, 2023, our SMEPlus project partners successfully held a hybrid event in Brussels. Despite all the challenges our project went through like the pandemic, the event attracted a large number of participants, with 60 people joining online and offline over the course of a three-hour event. The success of this event is a positive indication for the future of energy efficiency projects, particularly at a time when energy crises and with it, energy efficiency have become increasingly important. We are grateful for the support of Interreg Europe and the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform in helping to make this project a success. We hope that the foundation of good practices established in our project will be an inspirational backbone in many more regions in the near future to come. We look forward to seeing other regions continuing our efforts to promote sustainable energy practices, and we are confident that the Policy Learning Platform will play a crucial role in this endeavour.
