All 2LIFES partners gathered in Central Transdanubia Region (Hungary) to exchange good practices, discuss the state-of-the-art of the 2LIFES project, and take part in study visits.

Partners met on Tuesday 29th March in Székesfehérvár to receive an introduction to the study visit, which took place over two days. The event was kicked off by meeting with several Hungarian stakeholders and presenting local initiatives.

Beyond the steering committee, this event included talks about local re-use and zero waste initiatives, a visit to the largest sorting textiles plant in Hungary, knowing about an initiative to re-use books, visiting landfill and waste management plants to learn about waste management, or visit the Pannon University to discover its current cutting-edge research efforts in the field of the circular economy.
