At the 10th of the 10th, 24 policymakers, researchers and representatives of urban collectives came together in MidWest, to discuss collaborative entrepreneurship. Together with their introduction each attendee had to answer what they thought would be the most important thing Amsterdam municipality could do to foster sustainable collaborative entrepreneurship.
Consistent policy, trust, space to learn, fail and experiment and real partnership was something all participants agreed upon. The importancy of intermediaries was also stretched.
A Dutch delegation of policymakers, researchers and founding fathers of urban collectives will fly to Zagreb this very weekend for the 3rd ABCitiEs Interregional meeting. There they will meet-up with researchers, policymakers and collectives from Manchester, Athens, Vilnius and Varaždin-Cakovec to exchange knowledge and research results. Four days of break-outs, panel discussions, sessions, workshops, state of play presentations and site visits. We'll keep you posted.
