FOI used all the available technology of FOI's Internet of Things laboratory under the leadership of Boris Tomaš, PhD, an associate on the ABCities project to help create a frame and assemble visors that are used as protective masks by medical staff and other employees in direct contact with citizens.
A total of 892 visors were printed and assembled at the FOI. In this way, we have shown that at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics we nurture social sensitivity among citizens, and especially among the academic community, which is also one of the pillars of academic activity.
It is extremely important in these difficult life circumstances to show solidarity at all levels and if possible to help those who need it most at the moment. The FOI immediately recognized its role here and was happy to get involved in this action.
