The APPROVE kick-off event on Tuesday October 23 will involve stakeholders from energy projects and authorities in Lapland as well as stakeholders from the other regions involved in the project (Epirus, Normandy, Castilla y León) and will be followed by site visits at the Lapland University of Applied Sciences and at the Loue biogas plant.
The Regional Council of Lapland has also organised a meeting of the S3 Bioenergy partnership, which will be held on Monday and will be followed by a site visit at the Lapland Vocational College’s District Heating Plant.
On Wednesday the project partners will have their first steering committee meeting.
