Due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, phase 1 of our project, based on interregional cooperation and exchange of experience, will take some more time, with the ultimate goal to develop regional action plans for the improvement of the operational programmes financed by EU Structural Funds as regards the promotion of renewable energy.
