Monitoring the renewal of district heating in the framework of the regional Just Transition Plan and promoting public-private co-development are the key themes chosen by the Regional Council of Lapland, lead partner of APPROVE, as focus of its Action plan for the improvement of regional policies promoting renewable energy.
The exchange of experiences carried out in APPROVE has also led to the elaboration of a regional Policy brief, targeted to Lapland’s stakeholders in order to foster renewable energy and its acceptance regionally.
