Today Wednesday 8th of April 2020 We held the first official online meeting during the Coronavirus Emergency. 


The LP - Municipality of Genoa - and the Project Secretariat had previous meetings in order to discuss the right online tool to use for this event and, once We selected Cisco Webex, We had a test call with all the partners in order to be all fully prepared. This shrewdness allowed us to avoid time wasting and have a very productive meeting. 


In the first part of the meeting We checked the workplan and the 1st Progress Report and We happily found that there are no deviations for now, the project is going on as planned, and we remind all the partners to always have the project related documents in order in case of second level controls. 


Than we had a constructive discussion about the current situation and the main object of our project. Bela Kezy, the consultant of the Municipality of Nyíregyháza (HU), in particular, suggested to add a new perspective: Should We address e-governance solutions for crisis management (such as Covid-19)? We all agreed that It was a good hint and We will definitely do some research and discuss It within our Municipalities, looking for good practices already existing, and We will share the results in the next meetings (and on our project website). 


In the end the LP shared with the other partners the proposals they had already discussed with the Municipality of Birmingham on the organization of the TE3 remotely. Since It will be fully online and there are no travels involved We will have new possibilities, It will be a good opportunity to learn a new way to share knowledge and, considering all the work already done so far to make It work, we already know It will be a success.
