The Digital Folder of the Genoese citizen is the personal container of the services made available by the Municipality of Genoa.

Using this tool the citizen can access, in a secure and certified way, his data and online services that replace those offered by the municipal branches.

Inside the Dossier you can find all the documents that relate to the citizen's life and manage the practices with the municipal offices, avoiding going physically to the Municipality and observing expectations.

To activate and access the services requested the citizen can easily use the CIE, electronic identity card, or Spid, the public digital identity system, valid at national level, which offers access to the online services of the Italian public administration and private individuals adherents.
