On November 9th 2017, the annual Lahti Science Day (Lahden Tiedepäivä) will be held in FellmanniCampus (Kirkkokatu 27), Lahti, Finland. BIOREGIO takes this opportunity to disseminate the information collected so far in the project and share the findings and Good Practices identified in the Päijät-Häme region with the general public.
During the Lahti Science Day event, research, development and innovation activities carried out in the Päijät-Häme region are presented. The themes cover resource efficiency, environment and health, circular economy and remediation of a contaminated environment.
Lahti Science Day is organized by Lahti University Campus, Lahti University of Applied Sciences and Vierumäki Campus of Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
You are more than welcome to join the BIOREGIO dissemination event held during the session dedicated especially to Circular Economy and Energy (Kiertotalous ja energia) at 9:50-11:45 in the room 521-522, on the 5th floor. During the 9:50-10:10 time slot, Ms. Susanna Vanhamäki, the BIOREGIO Project Manager, will present the Good Practices of the Bio-based Circular Economy from the Päijät-Häme region to Europe (Biokiertotalouden hyviä käytänteitä Päijät-Hämeestä Eurooppaan). The presentation will be performed in Finnish.
