The Regional public authority of Västerbotten together with Uminova Expression started at November 12 their meetings with regional stakeholders.Their main aim is to answer the need to co-create cross-overs between traditional areas to create innovative digital services in industry. They also focus their efforts to support regional efforts for a smart urban-rural balanced region. During half a day Region Västerbotten held the first stakeholder meeting and used the Innovation Loop Live express method during the meeting. The stakeholders got acquainted with the program, CARPE DIGEM project and approach, partnership and project objectives. The aim of Region Västerbotten is to improve the Regional Development Strategy (RUS) Vasterbotten. It will be achieved through new ‘rural local collaborative projects’, including steps for implementation of mature projects involving stakeholders as well as students and immigrants in a co-constructive process. Next steps and how the Action plan will be developed and implemented have been reviewed and discussed.
