Snowchange staff Tero and Kaisu Mustonen will deliver a workshop on traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) in Riga Latvia on Monday 13th May. The workshop will consist of a two-hour lecture from Tero, focusing on how TEK fits into the Latvian context, followed by stakeholder discussions. The workshop will be attended by the Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGS) Sernikon and Jūrkante who are working to preserve and promote fishing traditions and intangible cultural heritage of the Vidzeme coast. The CHERISH partners and stakeholders from Riga will also participate in the workshop.
