Pafos Regional Board of Tourism organised the 1st Local Stakeholders Group meeting on intangible heritage tourism.
Representatives of the Board introduced their stakeholders about the project aims, specific objectives, expected results, the project partner organisations, financial contribution, project duration and activities planned during 4 years.
During the meeting was presented best practices on intangible heritage tourism which were presented by the project partners at the project workshop in Guimaraes, as well as highlighted the experience of the keynote speakers on the topic.
The meeting concluded with a discussion on how to deploy cultural assets for sustainable and responsible tourism development by involving stakeholders in the implementation of Action Plan for the benefit of Pafos region and citizens.
