Kouvola Innovation will organise its first regional stakeholder meeting in Kouvola Finland at the end of November.
The meeting will gather variety of actors (procurers, suppliers, other interested parties) from different organisations covering for example municipal authorities, local companies and educational institutions in the Kymenlaakso region. The purpose of the meeting is to lay foundations for the Kymenlaakso region's stakeholder group activities - i.e. the role and functions of the regional stakeholders for the project, practicalities and what are the expected outcomes both for the project and stakeholder activities.
For gathering members to the group, invitations in the form of newsletter has been sent via email and by contacting people by phone.
