• The promotion and broader use of green and circular public procurements require a strategic approach. Both government and public sector organizations should set objectives towards green public procurement.

    Stockholm Environment Institute Tallinn Centre, in cooperation with the Estonian Ministry of the Environment, is organizing a fourth stakeholder seminar to discuss bottlenecks and challenges related to green and circular public procurements. The goal is to map out the necessary further activities and measures to promote the uptake of green and circular criteria in the public sector purchases. The results of the seminar will contribute to the preparation of an action plan for the promotion of green and circular public procurements within the framework of the CircPro project.
