Regione Piemonte (Italy) will present CircPro Project during a training webinar organized in the framework of LIFE Integrated Project PREPAIR - Po Regions Engaged to Policies of AIR set out to monitor and improve air quality for 23 million people in the Po Valley in Northern Italy.
The webinar intends to provide public officers with useful information in relation to the application of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) for the assignment of lighting design and management services within the procurement activity by Public Administrations.
Moreover, the webinar – enhancing green purchases made by Public Administrations – will also include presentations of initiatives – such as CircPro – Smart Circular Procurement Project collaboration - aimed at promoting Green Public Procurement on Piemonte regional territory.
The LIFE programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action. It has been running since 1992 and has co-financed about 5.400 projects across the EU and in third countries; it will support the implementation of the European Green Deal, enabling the EU to become climate-neutral by 2050.
