The kick-off meeting and study visit in South Tyrol was organized by IDM Suedtirol on 11-13 April 2016. The steering meeting was the first event of the 1st day, where the partners introduced themselves and the LP summarized the status of the project shortly (status of the partnership agreement, subsidy contract etc.). After the opening discussions the partnership presented their own ideas about the best practices at national level, which could be useful for the whole partnership during the project. The study trip (the 2nd and the 3rd day) was a great occasion to collect information about the best practices from Suedtirol. After the study trip, the LP summarized some „to-dos” related to project management and communication issues.
