The COLOR CIRCLE project partners have been sharing their best practices since 2019 that will be adapted into each territory. Partners design an action plan for each territory during the first phase of the project which explains the steps to be taken and objectives for the region to achieve a policy change.
An action plan describes the actions to be implemented in phase 2, their timeframe, the stakeholders involved, the costs and funding sources to achieve the transition from linear to circular economy. The actions are based on the learning-process, which took place in phase 1, and refer to good practices of the partnership.
