To start the new year, the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region and HESAM Université (LP) are co-organising an online event, the 1st of many meetings gathering researchers and local authorities on circular economy related topics. It is inspired by the dutch open-lab initiative (Fjildlab).

For this 1st online event, researchers and elected representatives will give their feedbacks on successful cooperations they experienced locally:

- One on cooperating for a project on territorial feeding in Tournus, France;

- The second on the many forms researchers working on woods can help local governments with their projects (economic valorisation of local forests, use of wood in the renovation of public buildings and the construction of low-cost bridges)
