The project final coference will be held in Delft at the end of October 2019.
On Tuesday, the 29th of October, project partner delegates will be hosted by the Dutch Cycling
Embassy. The day’s programme includes short presentations, discussions, and hands-on learning
about the Dutch approach to mobility, with an emphasis on cycling and other sustainable modes.
Delegates will meet with Dutch transportation practitioners and policy makers, and explore the city
of Delft (by bike) and its internationally renowned cycling infrastructure.
On Wednesday, the 30th of October, the first phase of the CYCLEWALK project will
officialy close with a presentation and workshop regarding the project’s results. This will take place
as a part of the Cycling Research Board symposium. CYCLEWALK project partners will engage the
audience of international cycling scholars and experts in an interactive session.
