The meeting with Members of the City of Leipzig (VTA) was held at 02.02.2018 in the conference room at Aufbauwerk Region Leipzig GmbH.
In main the meeting was about the 2nd progress report, which the city of Leipzig has to do. Aufbauwerk gave the City of Leipzig introduction in the template of the 2nd progress report. Therefor we also briefed the members in project accounting. We pointed out the need of the timesheets and make an appointment with the responsible person for the personnel costs in the city council.
We also discussed the next dissemination event in April. Therefore, we organize a meeting of the project Advisory Board. The members of these are from high political level and key players in the development of sustainable mobility management. The foreseen date is 19.04.2018. Additionally, we discussed the participation of the project DEMO-EC at the European Mobility Week. The project should be introduced on one day of the week.
