A few representatives of service design stakeholders in Cardiff and South Wales met on several occasions and discussed a need to establish a community of practice to:
- Connect and support people with an interest in service design ;
- Learn from each other;
- Promote service design in Wales;
- Reach out to people in related fields ;
- Grow and develop service design approach.
The aim of this event is to bring together people with an interest in service design and continue discussions on shaping the future of service design in Cardiff. The event will be packed with lightning presentations, networking and activities focused on ideas for how to better collaborate within the community.
