On 11th September our Latvian partner, LIAA - Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, organised a regional event focused on service design.
It was a perfect opportunity to share the project progress with a broader audience. After the project update, an invited expert Elena Solovjova gave an inspiring talk on service design and facilitated a quick workshop session on using the Service Blueprinting method. Elena is a service designer, specialising in public administration services, who actively promotes that everyone has rights to a good design. She teaches at Riga School of Design and Art, works in the Latvian Design Council, as well as regularly publishes text and gives speeches on design.
The audience comprised of mainly entrepreneurs and public organisations deemed the event very valuable.
