What policy instrument are you addressing?
We are addressing the Regional Strategy of South Ostrobothnia.
Were the Managing Authorities of the policy instruments addressed involved in the project? How?
There are two administrative organizations that affect policy instruments, Regional Council of South Ostrobothnia and the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. Both organizations have had representation in the stakeholder group.
Which are the improvements in the policy instruments addressed?
Improve, in particular, the manufacturing industry's potential for new innovations through the discovery of new partners and experts that will enable development in products such as digital manufacturing and increase digitalisation in new products.
How is helping DEVISE to achieve your objectives?
Our Action Plan includes three projects, two of those have started. On the one hand, the Food Living labs connecting people and Training 4.0: XR. The Food Living labs connecting people project will build a cluster in the food sector to facilitate the networking of enterprises and the discovery of necessary partners internationally and regionally. On the other hand, Training 4.0: XR project trains corporate staff to take advantage of virtual technology.

These two projects are in the early stages, so we expect to get results from these projects next year's side.
