DEVISE lead partner, ERNACT, hosted their second regional stakeholder meeting this week with the Donegal Digital Action Plan (DDAP) working group at the CoLab, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal (Ireland).

Project manager, Jose Manuel San Emeterio, discussed with local stakeholders how the DEVISE project aligns with the DDAP. He presented the current progress of the project with a focus on the supply/demand analysis in which the stakeholders will input by using their experience and consulting the relevant SMEs to provide information about digital solutions available in the region and needs from other strategic sectors for their digital transformation. He also presented good practices available from other partner regions and asked the stakeholders for their involvement in the selection of the most relevant for the DDAP since they will be the basis for further exchange of experience in the project.

Overall, it was a very useful meeting with lots of topics discussed on the day from digital skills, big data and tourism, to broadband and local digital hubs.

The group consisted of representatives from relevant organisations i.e. Donegal County Council, Letterkenny Institute of Technology, Údarás na Gaeltachta, Pramerica, IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Fáilte Ireland, North West Regional Skills and Inishowen Partnership.
