On 15th June 2021 there was the II web seminar on communication tools organized by the lead partner Autonomous Province of Trento.
At the meeting took part 24 people between the project partners and stakeholders.
The theme of this II seminar was the model of ritual interpretation. The ingredient of these model are many:
physical presence;
barrier to the excluded;
common attentive focus;
common emotional tone;
intensification of the feedback through synchronization;
All these elements are important to see the level of stakeholder involvements.
As bigger is the harmony, the focus between stakheolders and public administration and as greater is the level of involvement. The preparation of the ritual is really important to have a real involvement of stakeholders.
