Programme of the 3rd ECOWASTE4FOOD' cross-vist in Wielkopolska will focus mainly on eco-innovations in the food industry sectors. Scheduled visits include:
- representatives of science who deal with innovations connected with food waste
limitation (e.g. usage of by-products especially as functional food, innovations in food transpport) as well as representatives of Food Banks etc., UMWW premises, Poznan
