On the 17th and 18th of March 2020, the 7th conference of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BWVI) with the topic "Electromobility on-site" takes place in Hannover in Germany. 

The BMVI conference is specialised on the design and implementation of e-mobility in a local and regional context. It offers valuable information about electromobility practices and provides information on climate-friendly transport in cities and municipalities. It is an exchange forum of key stakeholders and it networks municipalities with industry and science, while it enables knowledge transfer.

The focus of this year's conference is on municipal challenges and activities regarding the expansion of e-mobility, as well as integration of new smart and innovative technologies.

The conference is organized by NOW GmbH. The event partner is the Hannover Braunschweig Göttingen Wolfsburg Metropolitan Region. Cooperation partners are: the German Association of Cities, the German District Council, the German Association of Cities and Municipalities, as well as the Association of Municipal Enterprises and the Association of German Transport Companies. 

Participation in the conference is free of charge. Places are limited, so early registration is requested.
