The 2nd EMPOWER Technical Workshop will be held from 4th to 5th December 2018 in Magdeburg. Technical Workshop will be about Innovative Financial Instruments. Partners will have the opportunity to discuss with financial experts in smaller groups their specific financing needs on energy monitoring and develop first ideas about which financial tool could be useful for them.
