Representatives of the 5 participating regions attended, and the meeting was divided in two main sections:

During the first part of the meeting, the conditions of approval under the 5th call were explained: approved budget, duration of the project activities and changes in the consortium, mainly. An overview of the Application Form was shared by the LP, going through the justification of needing these additional activities and how they will allow partners to benefit from this exchange of experience.

Each partner presented the Policy Instrument that will be addressed in their region within the project, and the expected activities to be implemented to improve it.

The second part of the meeting focused on the matters related to project management: work plan, technical and communication activities, foreseen events and expected reporting.
