Partners met on-line on 21 September to kick-off the interregional learning process organised along the subsequent rounds of peer reviews and continuous engagement of regional stakeholders, mainly the policy instrument owners.
The scope of activities planned in the project is to join partner forces to enhance the effectiveness of measures introduced in each territory to recover SMEs in the post-Covid settings. In long term ESSPO partners are willing to develop an inherent ability of the SME support systems to quickly identify a need for change and adapt accordingly. To this end a rapid recognition of the target SMEs groups and their needs, as well as flexible and quick support delivery, allowing SMEs to take benefit within shorter window of opportunity in their markets needs to be implemented. Partners also recognise the value of collaboration with the stakeholders and relevant EU level networks.
