Albert Haan is a Project Manager based in the North of the Netherlands, Groningen, employed by the ERDF management authority, the Alliance of the Northern Provinces (SNN).  Albert has 40 years of work experience of which 20 years dedicated to labour market and vocational education. In the last 20 years Albert was involved in international collaboration in as well ESF, ERDF, Erasmus and Interreg. Guiding, stimulating and co-creating interregional projects are his main competences. From 2008 – 2013 Albert was member of the Steering and Monitoring Committee of the Interreg IVB program. Actually he, and SNN are involved as partner in 4 Interreg Europe projects and active stakeholder in numerous Interreg Europe projects with Northern Netherlands partners.
