Practical information

Get ready for 'Europe, let's cooperate!'

'Europe, let's cooperate!' is hosted on Hopin (event platform). The Hopin event will be active non-stop on 24-25 November. You can hop in and hop out as you wish, participate in sessions, join project idea discussions, meet other participants in networking sessions, schedule your private meetings, establish new connections, talk to Interreg Europe representatives and get answers to your questions and much, much more.

The main sessions will be recorded and available as videos afterwards, but the only way to benefit from the online opportunities is to hop in and be part of #europecooperates as it happens.

See you on 24-25 November!

Early access and opportunities to customise your event experience

Virtual reception is open from 22 November onwards up until the event itself. Check in early to get ready:

  • Build your personalised agenda and save selected sessions in your calendar
  • Check out the upcoming project idea pitches and take note of those that interest you
  • Update your profile and let others know what you are interested in
  • Start reaching out to other participants and schedule individual meetings

How to access the event and participate online?

The online activities during 'Europe, let's cooperate!' will happen on Hopin. As a registered participant, you claim your access pass and get set up in advance.

How to do it? Follow these steps.

1) Head over to the online portal at https://hopin.com/events/europecooperates and click on 'Access the online event'.

2) Claim your online access pass. You have three options to do so:

  1. Sign in if you already have a Hopin account (for instance, if you have already participated in events on Hopin before) and get instant access, or
  2. Create a new account on Hopin (makes signing if faster in the future, as you can enter events with one-click sign-on), or
  3. Enter as a visitor (single-event sign-up with additional verification)

If you already have a Hopin account, sign in (pop up will appear), validate your access pass and you're done.

If you opt to create a new account, you can connect with one of your social media accounts or email address (new pop up appears to enter your details). Verify your account and you're good to go.

If you prefer to enter as a visitor for only this event, fill out the form with your name and email. Submit the form and check your email for a verification link. Once you have verified your email address by clicking on the link in your email, you'll be all set up for the event.

3) Done! Whichever option you chose, you'll receive an email with a direct link to the event and updates on upcoming sessions once you validate your access pass.
