After studying law, political sciences and literature in Toulouse, Bonn and Paris, Anne started her career as lecturer at the University of Lille. She then switched to local development at European Metropole of Lille where she managed several European projects.

She is the Director of the Europe department of the Hauts-de-France Region. Four cooperation programmes, the innovative urban action initiative, and a mainstream programme are managed under her responsibility.

Anne is a committed European, she was born in Germany and studied in France and in Germany, and she is now living in Lille.
