Circular Economy in Cities and Regions. Far beyond "waste management" KARMA Europe will collect experience of relevant stakeholders in cities and regions in oder to develop/improve CEAPs (Circular Economy Action Plans) or modify, improve or complete existing concepts or plans. Strategic aim is an improved ability of local/regional authorities to achieve better climate neutrality in sectors like "construction", "trade", "procurement" etc. by circular approaches with positive effects on costs, waste reduction, grey energy balance by parallel giving impulses to local/regional entrepreneurs. Administrations will be in exchange how to organize this cross-sectoral task, aiming concretisation of this diffuse topic and transforming it into governmental templates, KARMA Europe will develop pathways for completion of evtl. existing "Climate Plans", "CEAPS", "Sustainibility Plans", "Procurement Regulations" or existing "Economy Development Plans" - building on experience of local stakeholders, administrations and politicians - and on local initiatives in CE.
