The market needs to be prepared for legislative changes made by Green Deal after 2023, in this respect, developing specific tools to environmental management systems (EMS) implementation for SME, to help them for self reporting and auditing by MS verifiers. A web base platform can be implemented for knowledge integration and standardization of environmental aspects review to respond to SME specific products and services life cycle assessments. The decisions from European Commission (205_801/2015; 611/2016; 1508/2017) based on JRC findings are already identified for Commerce, Tourism and "Food and drinks production" best practice, performance indicators. Integrated platform to put in place the SME reporting process and MS EMAS verifiers in a digital platform will bring to market more green benefits.
