Welcome to discuss Interreg Europe cooperation possibilities on systemic change to sustainability with focus on circular economy. The cooperation could be built around similar interests on smart specialisation related to sustainability topics. The project would help us to share good examples and set action plans on how to concretize future regional activities. For example, the RIS3 focus of Päijät-Häme region (Finland) in the new period will be on the sustainability change in sectors of sports, food and beverages, and manufacturing. If some of these interests are shared by your region it would be fruitful to share thoughts. Our organisation has experience from leading the ongoing IE projects BIOREGIO (biobased circular economy) and CECI (citizen involvement in circular economy implementation).
