Lublin City Hall undertakes numerous initiatives in the field of entrepreneurship education and promotion of the local economy. One of them is the "Entrepreneurial kids" project implemented since 2018 and addressed to kindergartens and grades 1-3. As part of the project, participants take part in workshops developing creativity and entrepreneurial skills. In addition, they visit the headquarters of Lublin companies and meet entrepreneurs from the so-called creative sector. Main objective: to promote the culture of entrepreneurship, innovation and local patriotism to prevent a brain drain We would like to develop this initiative, directing it also to older age groups and enriching it with attractive elements, i.e. the possibility of international trainings, contact with companies from abroad, as well as creating studies for schools to support them in teaching entrepreneurship. Very important element would gamification. Within the project we would like to work on possible game scenarios and test them with project partcipants.
