The event is for all institutions in the Heart of Slovenia area that enable the quality of life for elderly at home and it will have two parts. Interactive panel with moderator Gregor Cuzak (coordinator of ECHAlliance for Slovenia) and 8 panelists (Ministry of Health, mayors of 2 municipalitiesa and representatives of healthcare institutions and homecare). Discussion will be about the key challenges of older people living at home, good practices implemented by or for the elderly, development ideas that could be implemented if resources were available, financing modalities and project implementation opportunities for a better quality of life for elderly. Within the workshop in the second part, the goal is to define ideas for projects in the field of raising the quality of life for elderly (living environment, social inclusion, communication and information, health and needs for local services).
