The Thematic workshop "Synergies for Integrated Care", organised by the Campania Region - Promotion and Enhancement of Health’s Innovation Programs Unit, will take place in Naples on the 13th of February.
The workshop aims to share the contents and purposes of three European projects (EU_SHAFE, Vigour, eCare) to the key representatives of the regional health and social
care system, and to identify synergistic elements capable of enhancing the complementarity between the European projects and their impact on the local policy initiatives.
Represented by the pan-European partner ECHAlliance, the EU_SHAFE project, will present to the attendees its experience on the benefits of the international territorial cooperation to identify, transfer and scale up good practices between different territories for the growth of community-based services targeting the “ageing at home” needs around Europe. Focus will be also dedicated to the importance of an effective and targeted communication and dissemination action to promote awareness creation, collaboration and transfer of projects’ results at local and regional level.
