The meeting, organised by the Louth County Council, will take place on the 10th December and is aimed at discussing the evaluation of the Good Practices of the WHO Smart Health Age-friendly Environments framework Domain 2 - Social Participation, selected and included in the EU_SHAFE Aggregated Assessment Report.
