The stakeholder meeting in Hamburg regarding domain 3 - Communication and Information - took place on the 31st May 2021 online due the COVID-19 restrictions.
In total, 12 stakeholders participated in the meeting. The stakeholders represented were key professionals in healthcare sector and the EU_SHAFE project coordinators from the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. There were participants from local institutions, municipalities, universities as well as healthcare providers.
The aim of the meeting was to present Good Practices that should enable better quality of life of elderly, and discuss them with stakeholders.
The meeting began with a welcome and short introduction whereby the group was updated on the project progress till the last stakeholder meeting in Hamburg took place. After the presentation, using the slides provided by each partner, the stakeholders discussed Good Practices and what can be transferred into Hamburg’s local environment.
The stakeholders agreed that an evaluation of Good Practices in form of online visits is more difficult than onsite visits. Overall, all participants showed a positive interest in project progression and are looking forward to the next stakeholder meeting regarding domain 4, Health and Community Services hosted by Slovenia.
