The Policy Learning Platform organised a webinar on 'Supporting e-mobility in European regions and cities'. The online discussion took place on 19 March from 14:00 to 15:30 CET.

The webinar aims to bring together the thematic experience gained by different Interreg Europe partnerships, and gives participants the possibility to look beyond the horizon of their own projects and prepare the ground for future exchanges across project consortia. T

It was hosted by the Policy Learning Platform thematic experts, Katharina Krell and Simon Hunkin, who explained the policy backgrounds, barriers and drivers for e-mobility. In addition, the following topics were discussed during the webinar:

  • Policy background, barriers and drivers for e-mobility
  • Infrastructure development (led by EV Energy) --> Yes, right, our project will also contribute to the webinar with an interesting good practice! ;-)
  • Incentives and campaigns (led by PROMETEUS)
  • Electric vehicles and the energy grid (led by SET-UP)

At the end of the session, there was time for questions and a discussion including the thematic experts and the project representatives from EV Energy, PROMETEUS and SET-UP.
