VIRTUAL KICK-OFF MEETING AGENDA
26TH OF  JUNE 2018
The objective of the Virtual Kick-Off meeting is to remind partners of the project approach and of the programme requirements. It is designed as an introduction and all content will be discussed in further detail at the formal Kick-Off (FEMINA Convention 1, 20 - 21 September 2018, Arezzo). The Virtual Kick-Off will also provide an overview of activities that partners are expected to undertake before the formal Kick-Off.
The Virtual Kick-Off will be organised using WebEx. Each partner will receive an invitation from the system to participate. More information on the WebEx system is available here and the invitation email will provide clear instructions on how to participate.
The Virtual Kick-Off will start exactly at the time indicated, as the system is programmed to start then. We will programme it to start 15 minutes before the start of work, as it takes some time for each partner to install the system and set it running. If all partners begin this process 15 minutes before, we will be able to start work sharply and to respect the following schedule.

Round table to present all participants: name, organisation, role in FEMINA, reason for participating in FEMINA.
Partners are asked to provide just this short information at this stage. There will be time for more detailed presentations at the real Kick-Off meeting.
After this round table, microphones will be deactivated (to simplify running of the video conference) and partners will be able to use the CHAT format if they wish to ask questions or make comments.
