The objective of the 2nd FEMINA Convention is for partners to continue learning about barriers to female participation in high-tech enterprises and begin exchanging on the possible solutions to be adopted.
The Convention begins with an exchange session to share and review updated regional input to the Understanding Barriers template, with specific sector and policy focus. It continues with an Expert Seminar to discuss and validate the Understanding Solutions template and start identifying Good Practices (GPs).
The Convention is open to partners and local stakeholders interested in and contributing to the project theme.

Interactive session, where partners work in groups and discuss sector specific barriers. This builds on and completes the work undertaken within the FEMINA Understanding Barriers and Enablers Input Template – part 2 – step 2 Sector Specific Analysis.
