FEMINA partners gathered on-line on 26th June for their virtual kick off. They will meet physically for the first time in September, in the Lead Partner city of Arezzo. For now, they participated in a two-hour WebEx to start getting to know each other, to study the project approach and to plan their first activities.
Partners discussed management, communication and exchange of experience. They shared their own experiences and their reasons for participating in the FEMINA project. Partners are all excited about working together to achieve their common goal: directing their policy instruments towards better support for female participation in high-tech enterprises.
